Why we exist

Women carry a set of complications the world still treats as an afterthought, for the simple fact that they have reproductive systems. Getting real, specialized care for any of it is hard, especially in Nigeria, where there is a genuine shortage of obstetricians, gynaecologists, and even basic healthcare.

So when a woman goes looking for real answers about her body, the internet mostly hands her noise, fear, and things to buy. We wanted the opposite: simple tools that solve a real problem in a minute, plain-language guidance that is straight with you, and women who have been where she is.

We begin where women are searched-out most and supported least: relationships, trying to conceive, pregnancy, the weeks after birth, and the baby and toddler years. Each stage has its own free tools, its own program, and a community of women living it too. Over time we grow into the rest of a woman's life: wellness, beauty and confidence, and hormones.

How we keep it honest

Everything health-related is built on research and real data, and every tool and guide tells you plainly when something needs a real doctor. We will never pretend to be one, and we would rather send you to care than keep you on a page. When a question needs a professional, we connect you with a real licensed practitioner you can talk to.

Wholesome Girlies is women-led, and we are building it with a growing circle of women, from creators to the licensed practitioners you can book for a one-to-one. It is a collective, not a personality. As more real women come on board, you will meet them here.
