Agreeing to these terms
By using Wholesome Girlies, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy and Medical disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us", and "our" mean Wholesome Girlies, a Nigeria-based business. [Registered company name and RC number — to be added on CAC registration.]
Who can use the site
You need to be at least 18 to use Wholesome Girlies and to buy a program. You agree to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to give accurate information when you sign up for anything.
Not medical advice
Everything on Wholesome Girlies is for education and support. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional. Our content does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always speak to a doctor, nurse, or midwife about your own health, and never delay care because of something you read here. Using the tools
Our calculators, trackers, and checklists give estimates to help you understand and plan. They are based on general averages, so they will not be exactly right for everyone. An estimated ovulation day, due date, or recovery timeline is a guide, not a medical result. Please use your own judgement and check important dates and decisions with your health professional.
Programs and payments
When you buy a paid program, payment is handled by our payment provider, Selar, and their terms also apply to the payment. Once you pay, you get access to the program as described on its page.
Results depend on many things we cannot control, including your own body, health, and circumstances, so we cannot promise any specific outcome. Our programs support you; they do not guarantee a result. Every paid program carries a 30-day guarantee: go through the program and put it into practice, and if you have and it still is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund what you paid. This guarantee is based on your using the program, not on any particular result, which we cannot promise. The guarantee shown on a program's page at the time you buy is the one that applies. If a program involves sessions with a professional, those sessions are for general guidance and support, not personal medical treatment.
Community rules
If you join our community, keep it a safe and kind place. That means:
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, or bullying.
- Do not give other women medical advice or tell them to start or stop treatment. Share your experience, and point people to a professional.
- Do not spam, sell, or promote without our permission.
- Respect other women's privacy. What is shared in the community stays in the community.
We may remove content or remove someone from the community if they break these rules.
Our content
The tools, guides, text, design, and brand on Wholesome Girlies belong to us or the people we license from. You may use and share our free content for your own personal use. Please do not copy, resell, republish, or build a competing product from our content without our written permission.
Content you share
When you post in our community or send us content, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to show and use it to run and promote the community and the service. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Other services we link to
We sometimes link to other websites and services, such as Selar and our email platform. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Please read their policies when you use them.
No promises of perfection
We work hard to keep Wholesome Girlies accurate, helpful, and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be correct, complete, uninterrupted, or error free, and we may change or remove parts of the site at any time.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Wholesome Girlies is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from relying on our content or tools, or from something going wrong with the site. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that the law does not allow us to remove. Because our content is not medical advice, decisions about your health are yours to make with a qualified professional.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nigeria, unless the law that protects you as a consumer in your own country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows or the law changes. When we make an important change, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
