Consumer health data privacy policy
For readers in the United States. Last updated 15 September 2026.
This is our consumer health data privacy policy for readers in the United States, written for laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data privacy law. "Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked, or could reasonably be linked, to you and shows your past, present, or future physical or mental health, including your reproductive health. Because our programs cover trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenting, some information we handle counts as consumer health data.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, and phone number, together with the program you choose, when you start or complete a purchase. The program can show your life stage, for example that you are trying to conceive or are pregnant.
- A record of the programs you buy.
- Your activity on our health pages and tools, such as which fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum pages you visit, linked to cookies and device identifiers.
- Anything about your health you choose to tell us by email or in a form.
We do not collect what you type into our tools. Those entries stay in your browser, on your own device. We do not collect your precise location.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the program you bought and send the emails that come with it.
- To remind you about a purchase you started and did not finish.
- To understand how our pages and tools are used, and improve them.
- To measure our advertising.
Where it comes from
Directly from you, automatically from your browser and device through the tools listed under Cookies and tracking, and from Selar when you complete a purchase.
Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with these recipients, for the purposes above:
- Payments: Selar.
- Email and automation: Brevo and Zapier.
- Storage and analytics: Google (Google Sheets and Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity).
- Advertising measurement: Meta and TikTok. Our site tells them when a sign-up happens and which program it was for, and shares your email address and phone number with TikTok. Selar tells them about purchases, including your name, email address, and internet address.
- Hosting and security: GitHub and Cloudflare.
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it.
- Get a list of the third parties we have shared it with.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to us collecting or sharing it.
To use these rights, email legal@wholesomegirlies.xyz with the subject "Consumer health data request". We will respond within 45 days, or let you know if we need up to 45 more. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General.
