Pregnancy Cravings Tier List
Suya, puff-puff, roasted corn and ube, chin chin. Put each craving in S, A, B, C or Never, then save your tier list for your Status.
1. Tap a craving. 2. Tap the tier you want it in. You can also drag on a computer.
The picture is made on your phone and goes nowhere until you send it.
When to see a doctor
Craving things that are not food, like clay (ndom), is worth mentioning to your antenatal clinic. For food safety, use the Safe Foods Checklist. Questions about what to eat belong with your midwife or doctor.
How Pregnancy Cravings Tier List works
You will see eighteen Nigerian and diaspora cravings, from suya and agege bread to chapman and Indomie. Put each one in a tier, from S (must have) to Never (no, thank you). Then Wholesome Girlies makes a tier list picture on your phone.
- Tap a craving to pick it.
- Tap the tier you want it in. Tap another tier to move it.
- Place at least six and put one in S.
- Make your tier list, then save it for your Status.
What your result means
Your result is named from what sits in your S tier: roadside, sugar, the pot, or a mix. It is a name for the picture, and it says nothing about you or your pregnancy. The tier list is for fun and for the group chat.
Craving things that are not food, like clay (ndom), is worth mentioning to your antenatal clinic. It is not part of this game. For what is safe to eat, use the Safe Foods Checklist, or read our guide to Nigerian foods in pregnancy.
